Initial technical diagnostic
Before we build anything, we sit down with you to understand how your business runs today: what you still do by hand, where you are losing customers or time, and what would actually make things better. At the end you get, in writing, what can be done, how much it would cost and how long it would take — no obligation to continue. And if you do continue, what you paid for this diagnostic is deducted in full from the project.
We meet with you (in person or by video call) to understand your business: how you handle bookings, clients, or whatever applies to your industry today. It is not a generic questionnaire — we want to really see where time or money is slipping away without you noticing.
A few days after the meeting, you receive a clear document (no technical jargon) explaining what can be improved, how we would fix it, how much it would cost and how long it would take. If you move forward with us, the €750 you paid for this diagnostic is deducted from the final quote.
Paying for the diagnostic does not commit you to anything else. You keep the document either way you decide — you can even take it and get a quote from another company.
