At Tnaz Estudio we take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, for what purpose, and what rights you have, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Digital Rights Guarantee (LOPDGDD).

2. What data do we process?
Through the website's contact form we collect: name, email address, project type and the message you write to us. If you contact us directly via WhatsApp or email, we process the data you provide yourself in that conversation (typically your name and phone number or email).
3. For what purpose?
- To respond to your query and, where applicable, prepare a quote or proposal.
- To manage the business relationship if you hire our services.
- If you give your consent for analytics cookies, to measure website usage in order to improve it (see the Cookie Policy).
We do not use your data to send you unsolicited commercial communications.
4. What is the legal basis?
The legal basis for processing your data is your consent, given by filling in and submitting the contact form or by starting a conversation with us (art. 6.1.a GDPR), and our legitimate interest in responding to the queries addressed to us (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
5. How long do we keep your data?
We keep contact form data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, if a business relationship arises from it, for as long as it lasts and for the retention periods required by commercial and tax regulations. You can request its deletion at any time.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to hola@tnazestudio.com, indicating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of a document proving your identity.
If you believe your data is not being processed correctly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Security measures
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect legislative changes or changes to our services. We recommend you review it periodically.
